Brian Smith, DDS

Brian Smith received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree the University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio. He completed a two-year post-doctoral specialty training program at the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston to earn the title of Specialist in Orthodontics.

Dr. Smith has a passion for providing excellence in dentistry. He has been a national speaker for CBCT 3D dental x-rays, as well as a continued user of 3D x-rays within his practices for patient diagnosis and treatment planning, which includes all phases of adult and children Orthodontics, TMJ, Sleep Apnea, Snoring, and orthognathic surgery.

Dr. Smith lives in Blanco, where he is an active member of the community. He has held positions as Board Member of the Tenth District Dental Society, Editor of their Tenth Times newsletter, and national chairman of the AAO Chamber Dent Program. He is a member in good standing of the Texas Dental Association, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists, and American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Smith is an active member of his community and spends his time fishing, boating, barbecuing, and volunteering with faith based community projects. He also enjoys spending time at high shool football games, helping kids in Young Life projects, and providing free mouth guards to athletes of all ages to help keep them safe from injury.
